Land + Sea Civil has been a family business since 1982.
When Brian James started the Company with the attitude to do the job once, and do it right. He also believed in retaining a strong family culture within the Company. Brian passed those values and beliefs onto the next generation - his daughter and son in-law who brought the company in 2017.
Today we have 18 Staff members with several of our staff having been with us for over 15 years, and one employee with us for over 30 years!
No matter how stocked we are with plant and equipment, if we don’t have happy, skilled, trained and competent employees everything else is irrelevant.
Land + Sea Civil have been operating successfully with the management structure of Craig’s role being the Contract and Project Manager and utilising a Project Administrating Engineer to assist Craig.
Prior to working for Land + Sea Civil Craig owned and operated his own construction company.
Craig is a licence builder with a valid LBP Licence and a certified drainlayer.
Craig has also completed a NC in Occupational H&S, NC in Infrastructure Pipe Laying and qualified in Effluent Pond Construction and Design.
Craig is a super-user of Procore. Procore enables Land + Sea Civil to have and share with our clients our outstanding documenting, reporting, record keeping, and transparent communication between the Contract & Project Manager, The Site Foreman, Engineer and our clients.
